How to plot relative displacement as contour plot ( Not as XY data) in abaqus?

how to plot relative displacement as contour plot ( Not as XY data) in abaqus? Someone told its possible in FEMAP. In abaqus is it possible? Anyone pl help me reg this.

its tell only customize the render style, translucency, or model edge characteristics of the contour plot. Not for my question. I need to know to calculate Displacement (say U1) with respect to center nodes other than part coordinate system and plot the result as contour plot.
