In my simulation, I've BER vs Eb/No plots of two LPWANs namely LoRa and a type of BPSK. Now I want to compare their performance in Packet Error Rate (PER) vs Received Power plot. I'm using the following equation which is in general used for sensitivity calculation, but I presume I can use it to find received power as well, as sensitivity is also the minimum received power. I vary Eb/No to find variation in received power and put it on linear horizontal axis. I put PER on vertical log axis. Is this the correct way?

PER=1-(1-BER)^n

Received power= -174 dBm + Eb/No + NF+ 10*log(R)

Here NF is noise floor, R is data rate.

What must be the units of R here, kbps or bps?

Is there a way to compare by using Bandwidth (in Hz or kHz) only instead of R?
