A (combined) glass electrode can't be calibrated/standardised by titration.
A glass electrode don't need calibration/standardisation to be used for titration.
A glass electrode is used for measurements in dilute solutions of strong/weak acids/bases; in this case paH and pH scales are not significantly different.
In titration of strong acid by strong base or vice versa you can detect the eq. point using combined electrode by measuring pH after each addition. In this case you dont need to know the actual activity of hydrogen ions.
You may calibrate your electrode before titration by using buffer (4, 9, 7)
