I am currently working on Raman mapping of graphene using LabSpec (Horiba) and I’m trying to extract key parameters such as the Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of the 2D peak, as well as the 2D/G and G/D peak intensity ratios. I’ve attached relevant images for reference.

However, I’m unsure where to find the option for calculating FWHM for the 2D peak and the intensity ratios within the LabSpec software. I haven’t been able to locate these features so far.

Has anyone had firsthand experience with Raman mapping in LabSpec? Any guidance on how to perform these calculations or troubleshoot potential issues would be greatly appreciated.
