How to perform multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR) test for gene-gene interaction, non-parametric model-free method?

I have my dataset regarded five genetic variants in five different genes and I want to analyze the gene-gene interaction on the disease phenotypes. The data is in the SPSS software. Someone has advised that gene-gene interactions should be analyzed by using a non-parametric model-free method of reducing genotype combinations called multifactor dimensionality reduction (MDR).

Can anyone help me in this regard?
