Hi everyone, I have been trying to determine cell confluency using Impedance spectroscopy. I am using interdigitated electrode for my work and using a portable potentiostat to apply a voltage of 6mV to cells. The Bode plot that I am getting does not seem to match with previously found results which used mammalian cells (not the same cell line).

Kindly provide guidance.
