Can anyone suggest protocols for Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) or Triethylene Glycol (TEG) linking between two oligonucleotide strand ?

I want link two single DNA strand by PEG or TEG units. Can someone suggest any feasible protocols. Thanks very much.
