PCR products evaporate when sending for sequencing (it was send in a ice pack and every tube was sealed well by paraffin). Please suggest how to pack sample (PCR products) for sending ?
Keep the required amount of PCR product in PCR tube. Cover with parafilm. Thats it.

Dear Dr Kar,
The way you packed the samples is very much Ok and we have shipped hundreds of samples in a similar way. However, the problem with your tubes may be due to micro-cracks in the PCR tubes itself. PCR tubes are extremely delicate and thus improper handling or application of too much of pressure on the side walls during wrapping parafilm can actually damage them. This can easily lead to loss of amplicons during transport.
