How to overcome the insolubility of chemically synthesised nanoparticles during analysis of DPPH radical scavenging in a multiwell plate?

I have chemically synthesised zinc based nanoparticles and they are insoluble in any solvent including DMSO. I need to carry out antioxidant activity of these nanoparticles but the results of the experiment conducted so far are variable. How can I make sure to get reproducible results when concentration/ even distribution of the particles cannot be maintained?
