How to overcome simulation issue in Sentaurus TCAD?

I tried to obtain the photocurrent of DoubleGate MOSFET in Sentaurus TCAD with gate metal and silicon as substrate material. But I am facing convergence issue while working for visible light wavelength. Do I need to change the dimensions and structure of my device? If not, How to overcome the convergence issue?

Have you tried to increase the meshing in the active area?

Also, have you tried to change int he step size?
