How to organise SSR data file to performe a sélective neutrality test using ARLEQUIN software?

I nées help by explaining to me how to organize my data file to perform a selective neutrality test on SSR markers using the ARLEQUIN software. I read the 'examples' files downloaded with the software but I did not understand how to organize markers, haplotypes and their frequencies. Could you explain to me with a small example how to organize my data?
