How to optimize production of enzymes using E. coli BL21(DE3)?

Hi,

Previously i have used shake flask method to optimize production of pectinase and then i have done its stability analysis. But now i have to increase its production using fermenter tank and i have no idea about reaction conditions.

Can anyone guide me?
