Does anyone have any resources on how to run a factorial manova (including assumptions), or am I to assume that I can combine the processes of factorial anova with those of anova? I might add that I'm particularly interested in learning how to report the results and how this might differ from the kind of reporting required of factorial anova or manova. Thanks in advance.

I think the book Tabachnick and Fidell (2013) - Using Multivariate Statistics is the resource you are looking for. They explain very detailed the whole concept, including practical issues, assumptions, script codes for SAS and SPSS. At the end of each chapter they present a detailed example excerpt how you should report your results in a paper (more detailed as necessary in my opinion, but so you have everything you need).
