I am looking for the publication/technical report

>J. S. Bridle and M. D. Brown (1974), "An Experimental Automatic Word-Recognition System", JSRU Report No. 1003, Joint Speech Research Unit, Ruislip, England.

which is cited in many papers, yet it proves to be very difficult to find a copy of this publication. No library I contacted including the ACM digital library can locate this report. As this work appears to be the first to use mel-frequency cepstral coefficients I am very interested in reading it.

Perhaps someone knows of another approach to finding this work or even has a copy of it?
