There are at least 2 possibilities:

- "heavy, not so smart" when you define a composite fuel 3D model on micro-level and simulate it after. For this you will need really good machine an big time to implement and calculate;

- use UDF to describe averaged combustion model of your composite fuel. Here you will lose small-scale flow perturbations, but would be able to simulate your task relatively fast.
