Actually I have to evaluate the pull force for bending of pipe in rotating pipe machine. To evaluate this i have already define the contact mesh between the surfaces of pipe and bending machine surface in ANSYS software. I found the analysis error.
Give me suggestion to solve the problem.

What contact type have defined between the contacting face? Maybe the error is caused by the contact definition.
I have worked on simulating a similar case using ANSYS Workbench 15. You can try to reduce the contact stiffness (using Augmented Lagrange contact type) or reduce coefficient of friction between the bodies in motion. This may help you to solve your case.
