How to model circular pile in plain strain

I have a row of 6 circular pile spaced at 4m.Each pile is suppose to carry 400kN.I want to model this piles as an equivalent wall.How do I get the equivalent wall thickness and the equivalent load to apply to the wall?

Not ideal, but you can calculate an equivalent section with the same moment of inertia per metre and together with the load per metre; should give a rough estimate for plain strain conditions.
