How to model bldc motor with available load test data sheet from manufacturer?

I have the load test datasheet from manufacturer. I need to model the BLDC motor for my system level EV model.

I could not find any references where these data sheets have been used for modeling of motor.

Load test has Voltage, Current, Torque, rpm and efficiency data.

Mostly modeling will be done in simulink or octave.
