I made pre-hybridization buffer. it contains 5X SSC/0.1% SDS/1% BSA, I maded 500ml solution. but 5g of albumin cannot solute entirely in DIW, I saw some BSA that cannot entirely solved. How can I solute entirely in BSA? It can entirely solute at RT?
Stir it gently avoiding foaming. If still not dissolving you must be reaching saturation and you will need to prepare a diluted buffer.

Yes, i don't recommend heating the solution to accelerate dissolution as you can increase the hydrophobic effect and denature you protein. Give a shot at gently stirring.

It might. It ultimately depends on the time you keep it at 42 C
