how to measure the rate of growth of endophytic fungi in mangrove?
Dear Muhammad,
please explain more about your questions!
Best regards
Weaam
Okay. I just isolate and characterize endophytic fungi of mangrove. there are 6 types of mushrooms that I managed to isolation and purified. but my difficulty in calculating the rate of growth of the fungus.
how did you isolated mushrooms from plant???!!! or do you mean fungal endophytes?
do you want to calculate the rate of growth in the Independent fungal cultures or in the host organism?
This is one of my isolation of endophytic fungi.
growth in the Independent fungal cultures
Dear Weaam Ebrahim
he picture above is one of the endophytic fungi that has been my isolation. There are 9 mushrooms from 3 types of mangrove that already we get.

Thanks You very much.
you can measure the colony growth on the petri dish and also can check the condia growth under microscopic
Dear Hendri , You can calculate the growth rate by measuring tow vertical diameters passing from Petri dish reverse and taking average of them.
with best regards
Dear Yahya A. Shalih
Thank You Very Much For Your Attention.
