at this moment I am doing an literature overview in topic of clinical studies about viscosupplementation in OA patients.
I am interested in the possibilities to count the Minimal Detectable Change (MDC), and to understand how it is counted? I know that to count this, you need to have Standard Error of the Measurement (SEM), but what variables I am supposed to take into consideration?
Does some one might suggest any guidelines or some advice in that matter?
