How effective is 7-Azido-4-Methylcoumarin (7-AzidoMC) as a fluorescent probe for detecting hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in various brain samples such as cell plasma, tissue homogenates, and stained tissues under fluorescent microscopes? I would like to stain tissue following mice stimulation with a substance to visualize the release of H2S. Additionally, I would like to assess this in vitro using microglial cell cultures.
