I would like to measure neuronal intracellular calcium and brain ROS production in rats. I have seen several in vivo calcium imaging and ROS imaging papers, I haven't come across papers that talk about imaging ROS and Ca2+ together. Is is possible to image ROS and Ca2+ simultaneously in live animals? Will there be interaction between two different dyes that label ROS and Ca2+?
