Do you have any methodology used to measure population exposure to outdoor PM2.5? I have temporal PM2.5 data and have a set of area wise census population data. In addition, I will have sample based socio-economic and health data too. How do I measure population at risk or their exposure?
You need to compare the data of each area with the standards to find its effect on the population.

This is a complex question, for example, depending upon whether you wish to distinguish airborne particulate matter coming from different directions. You might want to do this if one direction has a potentially noxious source, such as an uncontrolled stack emitting pollutants. There is a standards for outdoor 2.5pm. For each area you can indicate pm2.5 lower or above the limits. Also you can see a standards for 1hr AVG. Or of 24hr AVG. Or yearly AVG. Additionally, the pollution with pm2.5 may be fair or severe according to the value of increase above the Standard limits.
