How to measure oxidized and Reduced thioredoxin (Trx) in cellular extracts/lysates?

I want to measure the level of oxidized and reduced thioredoxin in cells in response to oxidative stress induced by chemical agents. Is there any kit that can measure the level of thioredoxin either reduced or oxidized or both?
