We are looking to measure mean exosome size (range 50 to 150 nm) from Nanosight ns300 nanoparticle tracking data. The output is an Excel file with the average particle concentration at each bin size.
I was wondering what the current consensus is on methods to measure mean exosome size between the desired range of 50-150 nm.

Amongst the generated files, look for one that ends with 11pos.txt. The X50 values for size and numbers are the best guess.
