I'm trying to make a 2032 coin cell to analyze the electrochemical properties of solid electrolytes. So I'm using a high-pressure hydraulic press to manufacture solid electrolyte disks. I'm trying to make it smaller than 200㎛, but I'm having difficulties such as electrolytes breakage. So I tried to adjust the thickness through the polishing process, but it was not easy. So I'd like to know how you usually manufacture it. Also, if you have any papers and materials to refer to, please recommend them.
