Hi all,
I plan to test effects of some chemicals on soil microorganisms.
Culture medium is still hard to finish that.
Because they are difficult to mix with soil thoroughly, I hope to make soil as suspension.
How could I make the suspension without killing or disturbing soil microorganism as possible as I can?
Should I use some agent to disperse soil particle? Or shake it with water directly and then let it stand overnight.

With out a base out line of your researches objective no answer can be put forth.
Few actually understand the integral bonds of soils life. The activity in soil would be akin to any major city on the earth. As such, dispersal of the soil particles would break established bonds hence potentially skewing the objectives of your findings.
