How to make Rotavirus Plaque assay work?

I have been trying to make the Rotavirus plaque assay work. Currently, I am using MA104 cells and RRV strain. I am not being able to see any plaques. I am following the article called "Culturing, Storage, and Quantification of Rotaviruses" by Michelle Arnold, John T. Patton, and Sarah M. McDonald. Still, I am struggling to see any plaques at all. Does anyone have a similar experience and worked it out in the end?
