Wanna know about the preparation step of using H2SO4(aq)

to make it inert

(I wanna use 0.5M H2SO4(aq) for aqueous electrolyte while testing an electrochromic behavior of ITO nanocrystal thin film)

Sulfuric acid is a strong acid. You cannot change that. Any change - say neutralization - would change sulfuric acid to say sodium sulfate, and that's not the acid.

What specifically do you want to do? And what did you mean by "pulsing"?
