You can choose in situ photoreductive method to prepared PVA-AgNPs membranes. The AgNO3 were dissolved in PVA solution, then silver ions were reduced under irradiations. (For example: ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, 2015, 7, 1586-1594.)

Thanks a lot for your answer

Yes, i prepare it in situ and i am using the thermal way to produce the Ag NPs, by mixing AgNo3 with PVA solution and apply heat with continuous stirring and its fine

But, the problem when i apply the ethanol/water solution for pervaporation using that membrane, AgNps separate from the membrane and makes a hole

Any recommendations??

As your synthesis protocol, you should use a reducing agent (i.e. NaBH4) to stable your NPs.

You either increse affinity between pva (oxidized or reduced) and the particles or add something to crosslink your particles with the polymer.

I would suggest, you should optimize the concentration, I think at one instant you will get stable membrane.
