I am trying to make a hydrogel according to the protocol of the following paper: Mechano-responsiveness of fibrillar adhesions on stiffness-gradient gels (Article Mechano-responsiveness of fibrillar adhesions on stiffness-g...
). In their methods, they state a table with certain ratios of 40% Acrylamide and 2% Bisacrylamide, but they go only until 0.5 kPa. I did not find any formula how each component contributes to the overall stiffness and would be glad for suggestions on how to receive even lower stiffness gels.Thank you for your time and help in advance! It is much appreciated!
