My goal is to simulate the cold-spray process. The problem is that I don't know how to apply cohesive behavior between a droplet and a substrate. My drop just rebound from the substrate; see the video below.

First thing: Interaction Properties > Normal Behavior > uncheck "Allow separation after contact"
And only activate this if you know the cohesive behavior parameters, otherwise don't use Cohesive Behavior:
Interaction Properties > Cohesive Behavior > check "Allow cohesive behavior during repeated..." and also select "Any slave nodes experiencing contact"
If you need to, using SPH might work better for droplets. This is in Abaqus 6.14, but it should be applicable to your version.

The interaction "Int-1" references a contact property (IntProp-Cohesive) that contains the damage or cohesive behavior option. These options cannot be specified withGeneral contact (Std) interactions.

Don't use cohesive behaviour property for general contact. If you specify it as an individual property assignment, this message should not appear.
Also, try to create a separate surf-surf interaction and play with its parameters (kinematic, penalty method). Sometimes helps change master-slave surfaces and using different instance's mesh sizes.

Jun Cheng As Aleksandr Elkin said, don't use cohesive behaviour, it is only for a very specific simulation scenario (e.g. delamination) and I think I should not have brought it up in my previous answer. Moreover, the Knn, Kss, and Ktt values are very dubious sometimes, even in literature.
Just stick to Normal Behaviour and Tangential Behaviour, check "All with self" contact, and remove all your individual property assignments. If your model isn't very complex this shouldn't affect your simulation runtime too much.
