I want to prepare 1% glutaraldehyde solution from 25% glutaraldehyde(25% solution in water). Please tell me how much ml of 25 % glutaraldehyde to add to how much ml of DI water to make 1% glutaraldehyde.

Dilute your stock solution 1 part in 25, for example 4 ml made up to 100 ml.
Using the relationship C1 x V1 = C2 x V2 (C = concentration, V = volume) and substituting 0.25 = C1, 0.01 = C2, and setting V2 = 100 ml,
V1 = 100 x 0.01 / 0.25 = 4 ml.
