Hi Everyone.
First, I would like to thank everyone in advance for all the answers.
I have prepared thin films of PZT on a metal contact, which I have isolated a small part of the metal contact in the deposition process, nevertheless to obtain the peroskite phase a thermal treatment process is required, in my case I do thermal treatment of 650 degrees for four and a half hours to eliminate the pyrochlore phase and achieve complete crystallization.
In the deposition process, use a temperature of 350 degrees, and to isolate the small base electrode use an aluminum foil, but at the time of doing the 650 degree heat treatment I can not find a way to isolate that small electrode space, the which always gets dirty mainly from the evaporation of the lead, and to recover the contact I had to scrape that part of the contact free of pzt, but scraping is a slow and rough process that does not have good results, my contact is more resistive, and
the low resistivity of the base contact could not be recovered.
I would like to know methods to isolate that piece of contact under the conditions of thermal treatment that I do.
Thank you very much to everyone.
