Dear Experts,
I am planning to perform an EMSA to test a protein-protein interaction. Could you please suggest some fluorophore labeling which is not large protein like GFP (as we want to avoid any fusion protein tagging). Is there any commercial kit available that can be used to fluorescent label the protein. In my system I want to see if it on PAGE if there is any mobility shift after their interaction. I am also going to try usual native PAGE Coomassie staining, but worried about the detection, please let me know if someone has done this before. I found this very simplistic method to see the protein-protein interaction. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Prem
