I tried adding electric circuit in a 3D piezo cantilever sandwiching a copper material . setting one side of the piezo as gnd. However as im trying to get the plot for voltage and frequency the result shows 0 voltage. Can anyone help me to correct it?

I think it’s hard to know what’s wrong with your model without seeing it.
However if we start with an existing model from the application library it could be easier:

I don’t think you need a circuit to get the voltage. The easy way is as follows:
1. in this model add a boundary load (1 N for example) to the top of the cantilever in solid mechanics physics interface
2. delete or disable (Electric Potential 1) in electrostatics physics interface
3. add a terminal in the electrostatics physics interface and set terminal type to charge (Q0 = 0)
4. run the simulation
5. in the results section add a global evaluation in the Derived value section and set the expression to (es.V0_1)
This should give you the voltage
If you really want to add a circuit then set terminal type to circuit and add the circuit physics interface to couple to it

Appreciated your reply. I did the following already but Im experiencing this error when I re run the frequency domain analysis.
ERROR:
- Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol2/s1)
Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter.
Singular matrix.
There are 1 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.es.term1.V0_ode.
at coordinates: (0,0,0), ...
and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix).
Returned solution is not converged.
I have attached here the device in experiment.

Hello,
Your model is lacking boundary conditions. You need to specify ground electrode and floating potential BC to capture the generated voltage. Simply apply the GND to let's say bottom electrode and apply the floating potential to the top electrode. However, you need to apply some force or pressure to generate the piezoelectric effect and by having these BCs, you should be able to see it.
