Can I ask about the lysosomal isolation protocol from mouse tissues? How many tissues should I use for isolating lysosomes if I plan to check WB the lysosomal fraction?

You can refer to the technical bulletin from Sigma for the lysosome isolation kit given below. This kit provides a procedure for isolating an enriched lysosomal fraction from animal tissues.
