How to isolate & culture Lymphatic Endothelial Cells from mouse skin???

I am trying to isolate and culture lymphatic endothelial cells from mouse skin. But no success so far and could not find a good protocol online regarding LEC isolation form mouse skin. There are a lot of epithelial cell and very little LEC.

What medium shall I use?

And is there anyway to deplete the epithelial cells without sorting???

Would be awesome if anyone could help :)

Hello Sina,

Please see the attached protocol. Although protocol is for human LECs but should work for mouse LECs as well.
