I'm working on a model in Comsol and one of my variables is the sample temperature. I need to integrate a function of temperature along the time and 3D-space.
I've already tried the functions "integrate" and "intop", but so far without success. Any suggestions?

I think it's better to do integration after simulation.
After simulation .... add "integral" data set to the "Data Sets" in the "Results" section and select your desired domain for 3D-space integration. then, add "Time Integral" data set, and select previously defined "integral" as a "Data Set" for time integration.
After these definitions, add "1D Plot Group" and select "Time integral" data set to visualize your result. (Write down your function in "Expression" field of "1D Plot Group")
I think you need to couple it with the solution and select your boundaries according to your need.
