I have downloaded Rietan-FP from http://fujioizumi.verse.jp/download/download_Eng.html
I am finding trouble to install in PC.
What exactly you are planning to do? In other words, is there a special reason why do you want use Rietan? There are other software packages which are possibly better maintained (Fullprof, GSAS, Profex, Maud...).
If I were in your place I would have used GSAS II (to me it's like Jesus :)
The main reason to use GSAS is it's intuitive GUI, if you are explorer by nature you would learn this code very fast.
http://fujioizumi.verse.jp/download/Windows_versions_20170913.zip
[ keep in mind that only the 64-bit version of Windows is supported for this]
1. Download and decompress the above zip file using winrar.
2. right-click on ' Install_RIETAN_VENUS.bat ' and select "Run as Administrator".
( U can also download Fullprof Suit which is opensource; For Rietveld Analysis)
Perhaps he want to perform MEM to his PXRD
I have done refinement using FULLPROF, is it possible to do background correction after refinement like in GSAS.?
