I am not sure tht I understand your question. If you have a detailed composition of all of the components up to C36 and al of thes components ave available you could create include all of the components. Most likely all of the components are not available and you will need to define some pseudocoponent "lumps" based on ABP and SG or Kw. You can experiment with how many lumps are required for your paricuar problem. If you define what you would like the model to predict I can probably help some more. Usually the goal of petroleum fractionation is to divide the oil into cut roughly corresponding to c4-, Light naphtha (C5 to 180F), mid range naphtha (180 to 300 F) heavy naphtha (300-400 F), Kero (400-500 F), Lt Diesel (500- 600 F) heavy diesel (600-700 F) Lt vac gas oil (700-850 F) Hvy vaccuum gas oil (850-1050 F) and Vav resid (1050 F) you don't need all of these cuts for most problems and you probably want more definition around the cut points that are of most interest. You will also want to predict propertied like Octane Number, Cetane Number , freeze point. cloud point and pour point of the indivuidual cuts if you are trying to sell this material as a synthetic crude oil or a finished product.

My model is about separator system include 3 separator from high to low pressure. And i want to find the best condition for separator to minimize the loss of oil due to liquid carry over phenomenal.

My present method is in put all data from GC report to another software such as PVTSim, PVTi to calculate SCN from C6 to C36 properties such us Pc, Tc, Acentric factor, Vc, NBP..., then i create hypo component in HYSYS and input these value from other software. The problem is i have data from TBP distillation but i don't know how to use it with GC data and the properties data from PVTsim or PVTi just default calculation from the software.

Hope this will make my question clear.
