Hey network! Are you familiar with running experiments on Mturk? I need some advice. In my experiment, I use videos of emotional customers who are complaining about something. Workers are required to watch carefully the video before completing a questionnaire. Even though I use an attention check question right after the video to ensure they watch carefully the video, my results show that workers are not engaged at all with the content. This is an issue because it spoils all the subsequent measures. Any thought, advice or trick to help me to engage more thoughtfully my workers with the task? Thanks 👍😊
