How to increase the MRM sensitivity for GAGs?

I am using the MRM to quantify the heparin disaccharides, based on the papers the LOQ is around 10 pg, but I just can get the around 300 pg? And the training engineer didn't give good suggestions. I have tuned my samples, and optimize my ion source parameters. I would like to know what's parameters I can change to boost the sensitivity?
