My model takes two inputs; new and old customers.I can not figure out how to incorporate NWBG & RTBG scheduling rules in the ARENA model. NWBG means that all the new customers are scheduled first, and RTBG means that all the old customers are scheduled first.
I also want to know what will be the default way; that is customers enter alternately i.e. new-old- new and so on.

If customers are the entities of your system, perhaps you can define priority of the entities in your create module.
I would say, you should create two type of entities with two different modules with two independent arrival rate. Also, you will be able to define different priorities for your entities.

you can add an attribute to each entity (through the Attribute module). In this case you can create an attribute and assign the values 'new customer' or'old customers', or just '1' and '0'. Then when the entities are waiting in a queue, you can order the queue on the basis of the attribute value.
I think that Lorenzo's approach is the right way to do what you need.
Thanks for the answers..However do you think that one way could be by creating the old customers later using the create module..in case I want to schedule the new patients first..for eg: creating the new customers at time=0, and the old customers as time=150. Assuming that we know that on an average there are 30 new customers and their average service time is 5 min.
