Dear colleagues,
We observed some immune cell - cancer cell killing using the Incucyte S3.
The video we obtained was taken with a scan interval of 30 min, on a 96-well.
The resolution is quite low.
My boss wants to see a high resolution video of the killing, asking us to reduce the scan intervals to 5 min (instead of 30 min) on a 4-well plate.
I wonder if anyone had the experience of how to improve Incucyte video resolution, thank you very much.
