In 3D frame analysis, using elastic element with plastic hinge at nodes accelerate the solution time instead of using distributed plasticity. But most plastic hinges include interaction between moment and axial load with curvature. Could I model it on ABAQUS?
I read that I could model one of them (axial/moment) separately but could I model interaction effect (Axial- moment)?

Actually I don't get your question clearly but you can do that in ABAQUS you should have the plastic curve for the concrete you use then you added it in the field of plasticity after that you can analyze and get what you want but it will take time for sure.
