As we successfully isolated Oil degrading fungal isolate in our laboratory  and for the same, we required to avail the gene expression studies facility for my Ph.D work, and I am looking for the corroboration work/ out sourcing, the details as below.

Work Details:

Identification of hydrocarbon degrading gene from fungal isolate 

Expression of the identified and isolated Gene in E.coli

(detection (by PCR), sequencing, cloning and expression of hydrocarbon genes specifically cytochrome P450 monooxygenase genes from fungi)
