How to identify the graphene sheets are produced via chemical reduction or they are grown by CVD?

What indications and methods can be employed to identify or mark if the graphene nanosheets were chemically reduced by have hummers method synthesized GO or they were produced via chemical vapour deposition (CVD)?

You can try Raman since the CVD graphene should have less defects it would have a very small contribution of the D band, you can also try XPS and the oxygen content should be again very small compared to reduced GO. But you should check with your supplier anyway.
