How to identify Phytophthora infestans??

I am working on P infestans for the last 3 months as

I collected leaf samples showing symptoms of late blight from different regions of Pakistan.

Placed them on PDA media to isolate P.infestans, and shifted to a new place each time when I saw any contamination ( morphologically appearance).

Place on Rye A media noted that the plates were placed t 18- 20 C in dark.

After they grow on Rye A media I extracted the DNA, perform a PCR using the ITS region used for Fungi and cloned it into PTZ via TA cloning and were sequenced

The trouble I am facing is as I blast the sequence in the NCBI database it shows similarities with different strains of Fusarium.

what are the possible reason?
